Manitoba Service Areas
Winnipeg
Winnipeg and the Capital Region make up our single busiest service area. The Red River Valley’s expansive clay is notorious for heaving and shifting concrete footings, which is exactly why so many Winnipeg homeowners and builders switch to helical piles that anchor below the frost line and are torque-verified in stable soil. Brandon
Brandon and the Westman region are under an hour west of our Austin yard, so mobilization stays cheap and same-day installation is the norm. We handle a steady mix of RTM and new home foundations for Wheat City builders, plus shop and garage piles on acreages along the Highway 1 and Highway 10 corridors.
Portage la Prairie
Portage la Prairie is practically our backyard — about 25 minutes from the Austin office — making us the fastest pile crew to reach a Portage job site. Steinbach

Melville
Melville is a quick run down Highway 10 from our Yorkton crew, so quotes and installs are easy to schedule. Many of Melville’s homes date to the rail era, and we’re frequently called in for underpinning and foundation repair on settling structures, alongside new deck and garage piles.
Preeceville
Preeceville and the Highway 9 communities north of Yorkton sit at the edge of Saskatchewan’s parkland lake country. We install cabin foundations at the lakes north and east of town and agricultural piles for farmyards across the Preeceville–Sturgis area — usually pairing trips so neighbours can split mobilization.
Kamsack

Denare Beach
Denare Beach on Amisk Lake is the farthest-north community we serve — proof we’ll travel for the right project. Northern lakefront builds are tailor-made for screw pile cottage foundations: rocky, remote sites where hauling ready-mix concrete simply isn’t practical. Do you travel outside these areas?
Yes. The communities on this page are our core service areas where response times are fastest, but they are not our limits. We regularly travel for the right project — including trips to northern lake country like Denare Beach — and we batch jobs in outlying areas to keep mobilization costs reasonable. Call or text 204-761-5240 with your location and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
How do I know if screw piles will work for my soil?
In most of Manitoba and Saskatchewan, they will — from Red River Valley clay to sandy parkland soils. Our equipment monitors installation torque on every pile, which verifies load-bearing capacity in real time as the pile is driven. Every job includes a Pile Load Report documenting the achieved capacity, so you and your building inspector aren’t guessing. If a site genuinely isn’t suited to piles, we’ll tell you before any money changes hands.
What's the typical response time for a quote?
We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours, and most quotes are delivered the same day we see the site details.
